Defects

We define a cosmetic defect as follows:
  • A cosmetic defect is visual with the naked eye in natural daylight at a distance of 1.2 metres. Visual blemishes that are not visable at this distance are not classified as a defect and therefore will not be invoke a warranty claim

Please note: PVC shutter panels are heavy and as such do flex and at times may require the panel to be lifted slightly on closing the panel, we consider this normal functional operation for PVC shutters and as such will no invoke a warranty claim.
